Dionysus Astrofestival

Since 2006 and every year, in the middle of the Summer, at the central square of that small village Dionisiou Beach in Chalkidiki, beautiful astronomy nights are taking place. Locals and people from all over Greece and Balkans take part in this great fest which is dedicated to the night sky and it’s beauty. Observations through telescopes, atmospheric music, popular science talks, presentations, gifts, happenings are available for free for all who are interested.
